This Agreement ("Agreement”) is entered into between the User ("User”) and OilGasFreelancers.com ("the Platform”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

About OilGasFreelancers.com
OilGasFreelancers.com is a professional work marketplace platform designed to connect businesses and freelance professionals in the oil and gas sector. Employers may post jobs based on their requirements, and freelancers may submit bids. Each job may receive multiple bids, but each freelancer may submit only one bid per job.
Employers may review bids, negotiate terms, select the most suitable freelancer, and commence a project. Once the project is completed, the freelancer submits the deliverables and awaits the employer’s response. A task is considered completed based on mutual discussion and understanding between the employer and freelancer. Upon confirmation, the agreed payment is released to the freelancer, less a service fee retained by the Platform.
Electronic Communications
Visiting OilGasFreelancers.com or communicating with us by email constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
User Accounts
By creating an account on OilGasFreelancers.com, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. You are responsible for restricting access to your account and for safeguarding against unauthorized use.
You may not assign or transfer your account to another person or entity. OilGasFreelancers.com is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from theft, loss, or misappropriation of your credentials. The Platform reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or remove or edit content.

OilGasFreelancers.com is a neutral platform that facilitates connections between employers and freelancers. The Platform does not control, monitor, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, timeliness, or completeness of work performed by freelancers, nor the ability or willingness of employers to pay for services.
You acknowledge and agree that OilGasFreelancers.com, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be held responsible or liable for:

The performance, outcome, or results of any contract or project entered into between users of the Platform.

Any representations, promises, warranties, or guarantees made by users of the Platform.

Any errors, omissions, delays, or disputes arising out of engagements between employers and freelancers.

Providing insurance, indemnity, or financial guarantees with respect to the actions or work of any user.
The responsibility for all contractual terms, deliverables, payments, and performance rests solely with the employer and freelancer involved in the contract.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Both employers and freelancers may cancel a contract at any time. In the event of cancellation, both parties will be required to leave feedback.
Funds held in escrow will be released back to the employer after a waiting period of seven (7) to ten (10) days, provided no dispute is raised. If a freelancer has completed work and the employer cancels the contract in order to avoid payment, the freelancer may raise a dispute. OilGasFreelancers.com’s support team will review and resolve the dispute in accordance with Platform policies.

User Submissions

However, by submitting content, you grant OilGasFreelancers.com and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and reformat such content for purposes connected to the operation of the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to your Submissions and that they do not infringe upon the rights of third parties. OilGasFreelancers.com has no obligation to post or use any Submission and may remove it at its discretion.
Third-Party Accounts
Users may connect their OilGasFreelancers.com accounts to third-party services. By doing so, you consent to the continuous release of information about you to such third parties, in accordance with your privacy settings on those services.
International Use
The Platform is controlled and administered from the United Arab Emirates. Users accessing the Platform from outside the UAE are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OilGasFreelancers.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Arbitration
In the event of a dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably, such dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the UAE Federal Arbitration Law (Federal Law No. 6 of 2018) and the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from the courts of Dubai, UAE, where necessary.
Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. Class arbitrations, class actions, and representative proceedings are strictly prohibited.
Liability Disclaimer
The information, software, products, and services provided on OilGasFreelancers.com may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Platform and its suppliers may make improvements or changes at any time.
OilGasFreelancers.com makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the site or services. All content and services are provided "as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OilGasFreelancers.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination of Access

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters not subject to arbitration.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and OilGasFreelancers.com and supersedes all prior communications, whether written, oral, or electronic. A printed version of this Agreement shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings.
Changes to Terms
OilGasFreelancers.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
